CHANGE: Class Sign-Ins and Cancellations

I hope everyone’s power is back on!

During the most recent power outages, we’ve realized that we need to slightly adjust our sign-in and cancellation policy.

We used to allow sign-ins and cancellations up to 30 minutes before class, but we are changing that to 60 minutes.

NLP and HYPNOSIS…A Common Purpose!

Neither NLP or Hypnosis are easy to explain, and they mean different things to different people and are used in different ways. Most that are seeking out neurolinguistic training coaching or hypnosis have tried to get what they want or do what they are trying to do but they have not  had success.  They have tried consciously to achieve but what they are finding is that patterns and self-talk and social pressure run deep.

The programming in our minds must change and this is how to do it.

It is all about getting to the unconscious.  NLP and Hypnosis both help us get over blocks, negativity, self-doubt and clear the way to get what we want.  NLP is all about the subconscious but can use conscious ways of getting there.  Using NLP, a client can be unaware of patterns or thoughts that are affecting their lives, and we use conscious participation to get at and then break free from these. Feelings and internal representations change creating a whole new way of being in the world.

Oh…sounds complicated…until you do it.  And honestly, you will be amazed at how easy it is!

Hypnosis uses positive, realistic suggestions while one is in a deep state of relaxation.  There are many ways to be guided into this state of trance, and many ways to positively change the habits and internal programs that are self-limiting.  It is not scary and you are ALWAYS in control.   It feels good, there is an inner knowing, a peaceful place inside that you know is “home”.

Both ways help find the inner wisdom, we talk first, find what is best for you…  In either case, the benefits are the same.
Internal thoughts shift, the unconscious gets it, makes the evolution which transforms the feelings which change the behaviors.

The Formula for Success is Way Easier Than You Could Imagine

Results vs. Reasons

Everyone write that down.  Then take a pen and make a big arrow from the E to the C, to illustrate that you are living at cause rather than effect.

What this means is cause is bigger and greater than effect.  Most of us find that we are living at the EFFECT of others. Our bosses, friends, family, people past, present and future! We blame them or hold them responsible for our life experiences.

Once we realize that, if we ask ourselves in EVERY situation, “How am I at cause for what is occurring in my life?” there will be a tremendous mindset shift.  Take a moment when you ask yourself the question and the answer will come. And the empowering feeling you feel when you realize that you can change what you are doing, basically creating your experience, and not letting yourself be at the effect of others!

So….take the next week.  When a situation comes up that doesn’t feel congruent, ask yourself how you are at cause for the event.   See if doing this changes how you view, react and handle the situation. See, hear and feel your desired outcome and put your thoughts and energy in that direction, taking responsibility for all the steps to get there!

Try this for a week… then another week… then another…..
