Join our instructor Kirklan Taber on Monday mornings for a combination of traditional Pilates Mat Exercises and The MELT Method. The MELT Method uses small latex free balls and a soft foam roller for gentle compression techniques and joint mobilization to help us reconnect to our center of gravity, rebalance our nervous system, rehydrate our connective tissue and release “stuck stress” which is brought on by living an active lifestyle.
