Pilates Mat work is a great way to strengthen your core muscles, as well as aligning the whole body using fun exercises that challenge and balance you. You learn Pilates breathing, positioning and can easily take these exercises and use them at home. We also offer our popular Mat With Props classes which further challenge and engage you and your body.
Experience Pilates on the reformer and take your workout to another level. Our most popular class, using a specially designed piece of equipment that allows for over 200 exercises. Your body is taken to a new level using springs and pulleys to increase the work load, and also to assist with stretching and toning. Reformer Stretch and Strengthen
Begin your morning with a slower paced class to help you find your center, focus on your breathing, and incorporate the Pilates principles of control, precision, balanced muscular development and rhythm and flow to stretch and strengthen your entire body. Fun props will be used to help you increase your flexibility and take your Pilates practice to the next level by releasing stiffness, tight muscles and accumulated stress. All Levels are welcome.
Private one on one Pilates sessions are not just for the beginning Pilates client. Although, a perfect way to begin your entry in to Pilates is with a one on one session, clients find them so helpful after doing Pilates for a while. You can take your practice deeper, learn new exercises, expand on the ones you know already, learning nuance to make the exercises even more beneficial. Having your own personal “coach” makes a huge difference in your journey. Many clients do weekly one on one sessions while participating in our small group classes.
